During the talks with Anastasiya Rakova, deputy mayor of Moscow for social development issues, the delegation was presented with the unified standards of managing the healthcare system. This model envisages digitalization of medical processes and a system of continuous referral of patients. On the example of city polyclinic No. 220, which operates on the basis of the new standard "Moya polyclinic", the delegation got acquainted with the principles of organizing primary medical and sanitary care, managing the flow of patients, digital registration and conducting preventive work among the population. S.P. Russian experience in the management of multidisciplinary inpatients, organization of diagnostic and surgical services, referral of patients and introduction of modern medical technologies was presented at the Moscow Scientific and Clinical Center named after Botkin. The model of complex specialized medical care for children, which includes diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and further medical monitoring, was analyzed in the children's clinical hospital. The delegation visited the "Dom s mayakom" children's hospice and the Moscow multidisciplinary palliative care center in order to get acquainted with the palliative care system, monitoring of patients based on an interdisciplinary approach, and the principles of supporting their family members. Specialists of the scientific-practical clinical center of diagnostics and telemedicine technologies demonstrated the possibilities of artificial intelligence and the mechanisms of remote cooperation between doctors and radiologists. In the interdisciplinary training center of innovative surgical technologies, the delegation was presented with a system of practical training of surgeons using simulation equipment and anatomical materials. Robotic laboratory diagnostics, a three-level model of a laboratory network, and a digital control system for data and analysis results were studied at the Moscow Laboratory Research Center. At the end of the negotiations, the parties agreed to develop a cooperation plan that includes the implementation of pilot projects with the participation of experts.
