«Development of non-invasive combined diagnostic methods for early detection of acute immune rejection (AIR) post-transplantation based on genetic and cellular biomarkers»
Project Goal: Early detection of acute immune rejection in post-transplant recipients and timely therapeutic intervention to prevent severe complications, disability, and mortality.

Key Objectives:

- Development of combined non-invasive diagnostic methods (cytological, immunological, molecular-genetic).

- Creation of a dynamic monitoring protocol for patients during the first days and up to 4 months post-transplantation.

- Development of new treatment protocols for timely immune rejection suppression.

- Preparation of diagnostic and treatment guidelines for congenital heart defects.

- Implementation of new methods in medical practice.

Expected Outcome:

Reduction in severe complications, disability, and mortality in pediatric post-transplant recipients through early diagnosis and personalized treatment approaches.
