Project Goal: Early detection of acute immune rejection in post-transplant recipients and timely therapeutic intervention to prevent severe complications, disability, and mortality.
Key Objectives:
- Development of combined non-invasive diagnostic methods (cytological, immunological, molecular-genetic).
- Creation of a dynamic monitoring protocol for patients during the first days and up to 4 months post-transplantation.
- Development of new treatment protocols for timely immune rejection suppression.
- Preparation of diagnostic and treatment guidelines for congenital heart defects.
- Implementation of new methods in medical practice.
Expected Outcome:
Reduction in severe complications, disability, and mortality in pediatric post-transplant recipients through early diagnosis and personalized treatment approaches.
