🇺🇿🤝🇫🇷 The second day of the international mission with the participation of visiting specialists from France was held at the Center of Children's Oncology, Hematology and Immunology. The program of the day was devoted to education and exchange of practical experience. A number of scientific lectures were organized for the center's specialists and doctors. Dr. Marie-Dominique Tabon gave a lecture on "Infections in patients with neutropenia" and spoke about modern approaches to early detection, treatment and prevention of infections in this category of patients. And Dr. Alexandra Lomon gave a lecture on "The role of hospital hygiene service in pediatric hematology and oncology", prevention of hospital infections, shared international experiences on compliance with sanitary and hygiene requirements and ensuring patient safety. In the afternoon, a working session was held on the issues of keeping the hospital register. The Uzbek side presented the current state of keeping the register. The AP-HP team of France expressed its recommendations on improving and developing the minimum medical data recording system. These meetings and lectures serve to introduce modern knowledge and experiences in the field of pediatric oncology, improve the qualifications of medical workers, and further strengthen international cooperation. Dr. Mari-Dominik Tabon gave a presentation on the topic "Infections in patients with neutropenia", representing modern approaches to prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of infectious complications in this category of patients. Aleksandra Lomon read the lecture "The role of hospital hygiene in children's hematology and oncology", paying special attention to the prevention of intra-abdominal infections, compliance with the sanitary-hygienic norm and ensuring the safety of patients.
