A meeting was held with Minister Mikhail Murashko at the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Heads of medical, scientific and educational institutions of the two countries and industry experts took part in it. As part of the negotiations, an expert session was held on the issues of improving the system of medical care, digitalization of healthcare, development of telemedicine, remote monitoring of patients and training of medical personnel. The parties discussed the prospects of further development of cooperation in the fields of oncology, radiology, nuclear medicine, hematology, emergency medicine, medical rehabilitation and palliative care. The delegation of Uzbekistan got acquainted with the activities of the Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund, the Federal Accident Medicine Center, the Central Clinical Hospital and Polyclinic under the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, and the "Barvikha" Clinical Sanatorium. Russia presented modern methods of organizing the activities of the country's leading federal specialized centers.
